Fine Pair of 19th Century Continental Carved Mahogany Library Armchairs

About the Item

Each with padded back and armrests within a channeled frame, enriched with stylized foliate and floral motives; the over-uphosltered seat over a deep seat rail and boldly reeded front legs on casters with curule-form back supports. Sits very comfortably and lower to the ground. Recently covered in a Prelle silk stripe.
