Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this lovely pair of vintage Regency style fully restored Chesterfield brown leather hand dyed Library reading armchairs that can also be used as office captains chairs

A fantastic looking and well made pair, the chairs have been fully restored to include having the leather washed back, hand dyed six times, antiqued, sealed, waxed down and polished this wonder cigar brown colour
The chairs have some nice bronzed fittings at the end of the arms and terminating at the top of the reeded and fluted legs, they are super decorative and look elegant and sophisticated in any setting
Condition wise as mentioned they have been fully restored, there seat leather is wonderfully crazed due to honest age and use, the seat base covers have been replaced with hessian which has been hand nail tacked in place
