About the Item
Jugendstil vintage armchair or desk chair or office chair from stained beech, which was designed by the Viennese Secessionist Josef Maria Olbrich and
executed by Gebr. Thonet.
Josef Maria Olbrich studied under Otto Wagner, who was the Co founder and builder of the Viennese Secession.
The armchair from brown stained solid beechwood is in original condition with beautiful patina and signs of age, while the seat and back is upholstered with brown leather and decorative nails.
We love this desk chair in particular for the beautiful Jugendstil design shape in a warm chocolate brown tone.
