About the Item
This is a great pair of Louis XVI gray painted Fauteuils. Both chairs are in overall very good condition and retain their original painted surface with some refreshing. The chairs are newly upholstered in a high-end gray/glue/green mohair velvet. Both chairs are very sturdy and ready for their next 100 years of use. A pair of period Louis XVI chairs that retain their original painted surface is very desirable and a great find.
