Pair of 19th Century French Painted Armchairs

About the Item

Pair of French painted armchairs of good size and an elegant model with original paint. Having deep seats and large feather seat pads. Elegant and unusual-shaped backs with pretty ribbon carvings, within a diamond panel, on the top rail. Nicely carved detail to the arm supports, legs, and frieze.
