Hot liquids and strong detergents may permanently damage the surface. Dispose of wax-covered clothes following the maintenance kit instructions. Solid cedar wood naturally expands, contracts, and forms cracks or splits over time. These are expected and do not qualify as defects. The Vulcano finish process may cause additional cracks, revealing pale yellow tones of untreated cedar beneath. This is a normal reaction and does not affect the wood’s integrity. Cracks or indentations can be touched up using the special brush and black color included in the maintenance kit. This product is NOT intended for outdoor use. Exposure to outdoor elements may lead to significant cracking, fading, and damage, which will not be considered grounds for complaints or claims. The natural characteristics of solid cedar and the Vulcano finish process are inherent to the product and should be expected. By purchasing this product, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these natural aging effects, and no claims or complaints will be accepted related to wood movement, cracks, finish variations, or maintenance requirements.
