Pair Of Custom Upholstered Jacobean Style Oak Hall Chairs
About the Item
A pair of large and dramatic Jacobean style arm chairs in a remarkable custom fabric treatment. Each on carved ball form feet with barley twist legs and front stretcher with turned stretcher supports. Both with ornately carved arms with scrolled ends. Custom upholstered seat and seat back with polychrome fringe around all the trim edges with a trefoil form seat back top rail. Solid feeling with good weight and comfort.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include wear and aging to the frames with some nicks, slight chips and a stable wood split to one arm support. Sunning to the seat back but overall both chairs are in good form and present in a notable manner.
