Pair of Danish Art Deco Mahogany Armchairs Attributed to Otto Færge

About the Item

Wonderful and rare pair of 1940s Danish Art Deco Style Armchairs, attributed to cabinetmaker Otto Færge. Constructed in Mahogany and newly reupholstered in a luxurious mossy green velvet mohair, these chairs are a stunning example of high-quality Danish craftsmanship. The chairs are characterized by their slight winged backrests, playfully curved lines, flared arms and legs, and thick seat cushion with coil springs. Comfortable and stylish, these chairs would make a perfect accent in any living space. Dimensions: 28 in. Width 31 in. Depth 28 in. Height 16 in. Seat Height Condition notes: In very good condition. Minor wear consistent with use and age, including scattered marks to wood. Newly reupholstered in mossy green velvet mohair and wood has been re-polished.
