- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. In original condition, original upholstery, from a Palm Beach, Fl. home. Pet-free, smoke-free household. Upholstery is in fantastic shape. Gold leaf finish has some wear, and one patch to be re-leafed, but all in all, it is congruent to the age of the chairs, with some dings. Chair sits as if it was new, the webbing and guts in great shape, and conducive to Donghia’s quality, that stands the test of time.
