Pair of Wicker Armchairs in the Style of Rodi Serie by Vivai del Sud, 1970s
About the Item
A pair of vintage armchairs handcrafted in Italy between the 1960s and 1970s.
The basket structure of these vintage Armchairs are made with flexed and intertwined willow cane while the seat is in beechwood and rattan canes.
The decorative braid motif that runs along the entire perimeter of the armchairs almost embracing them recalls that of the "Rodi" series by Vivai del Sud.
The armchairs are in good vintage condition, they show slight signs of wear visible in the photos.
Solid and stable, the upholstery, although original from the period, is in excellent condition.
