Georgian style English cock fighting chair in red leather with brass nailheads on a mahogany frame. There are two compartments under the arm rests for hiding coins. The legs rest on the original brass casters with a single stretcher between the back legs. Originally this chair was meant to be sat in backwards for an observer. Today this chair would be ideal in a library or perhaps in a man's dressing room.
