About the Item

A Regency Klismos chair in the manner of Thomas Hope having mahogany ribbed frame with ebonized details, shaped padded back and caned seat, as well as decorative brass ball finials on top, brass stars around seat apron and brass roundels at tops of legs. A wonderful personality chair of particularly fine design and craftsmanship.
