About the Item
20th c., Regency style armchair, parcel ebonized with caned seat and back, lion head mount to back. The scroll arms are decorated with gold tone painted accents. There is a nice button tufted loose seat cushion. The back sabre legs are ebonized while the front are more decorated with painted details .The chair is unmarked.
This is a handsome and comfortable armchair. Great for a hall, office or stylish dressing room.
