The Sir and Lady Funk armchairs are designed by Cory Grosser and produced by Frighetto (Italy). The supporting structure is made of beech and poplar wood. The base of the laser-cut plate is crafted from chromed steel. The padding for the structure and cushions is made of expanded polyurethane.
Cory Grosser is an American designer and educator. He is well-known for a design philosophy he calls 'Happy Minimalism.' He has curated numerous successful exhibitions in Italy, Germany, and Japan. He has designed and collaborated with major European companies.
In 2001, Grosser founded Positive Industrial Design in Los Angeles and began collaborating with various companies, creating a variety of design products for them
