About the Item
Surprisingly comfortable.
The Tapiovaara's couple produced this leather and plywood armchair in 1948 for the Domus Academy Student complex in Helsinki in Finland.
It was produced by Keravan Puuteolisuus Oy Kerava Finland.
Originally the plywood was going to be one sheet but Tapiovaara had to abort the plan for technical reasons.
