Vintage German D20 Cantilever Armchair from Tecta, 1960s
About the Item
Classic steel tube cantilever chair with armrests from the renowned manufacturer Tecta.
Simple and timeless draft from 1979. The pipe of the frame ends in the backrest at the top and moves into the armrests at the other end. Due to the construction of the continuous steel pipe frame, this chair is very comfortable and swings wonderfully. The covering of the seat is made of tecta braid. The armrests are covered with full wood elements. This chair is a version with the Jean ProUvé development of the "Tube Aplati", a special execution of the pipes on the front. This piece has an attribution mark.
