About the Item
Original Arts & Crafts Movement ebonised oak settle or hall seat dating to around 1900. The settle has it's original ebonised finish and leather upholstered panel to which there is some cracking. We have given the width as 45" but at the floor where the feet protrude it is 52"

- Condition:Wear consistent with age and use. The original leather upholstered back panel has some cracking. To the back there is a rip, which has been re-glued, this is out of view when the settle is against a wall. We have left the leather because it's origianal but easy to replace if need be.
