Dutch Rush Seated Walnut Bench, Mid-18th Century

About the Item

This unusual rush seated bench has four beautifully carved backs connected with three carved shells. It stands on five cabriole legs with trifid feet. It has a red washed finish and a painted rush seat. A great piece for a sizable entry or hallway. N.P. Trent has been a respected name in antiques for over 30 years with a large collection of period furniture, art and decorative accessories.
