Timeless and dynamic, this solid English Walnut bench, hand crafted using a single live edge slab of local provenance Walnut with hand carved spindles and back rest details, will work in a plethora of different spaces, its polished surface and gentle geometry provide comfortable seating, or the piece could be paired with a throw/fur to create more depth of style.
The Legs are hand turned on a wood working lathe and skilfully fitted using traditional mortice and tenon joinery, and any cracks in the timber are delicately supported using butterfly inlays before being filled to give a smooth and tactile finish.
