French Gothic Period Painted Bench

About the Item

A very exceptional and very rare Gothic period tall back bench from France. Beautifully constructed from walnut and oak with stunning painted finish. Wonderfully carved with linen fold panels to the front and one side of the bench. Outstanding patina.
