Hand-crafted from Ambrosia Maple, a species coveted for it's variety of greyish-blue streaks that are caused by an infestation of the ambrosia beetle, this extraordinary single seater bench is the very definition of "functional art". Featuring exquisite woodgrains throughout, painted in a fascinating scheme in acrylic, and intricate dovetail joinery this bench is sure to make a BOLD statement in any space it inhabits. Able to blend seamlessly against a multitude of design backdrops from Organic Modern to Contemporary to Minimalism this artfully crafted bench's petite size makes it ideal for those limited on space but unwilling to compromise on style. The clearcoat coating that protects the acrylic paint beneath is in excellent shape showing only minor nicks and scuffs near the feet but there are no scratches, gouges or stains present whatsoever.
