Le Bench is a steam-bent hickory bench. The bent hoops, inspired by Le Nid, are assembled in a tight overlapping stack, topped with a leather cushion, and mounted on hidden metal legs.

Michael javidi design
Michael Javidi is a multidisciplinary craftsman whose training at the North Bennett Street School’s furniture making program prepared him for a career of wooden boat building. Drawing from his experience as a shipwright and furniture maker, Michael launched Michael Javidi Design in 2019. His work draws from his multitude of experiences, focusing on building intuitively. Organic in form, the pieces strive to balance beauty and comfort, function and form.
