About the Item

Made of wood reclaimed from 18th-century Chinese buildings, this petite bench brings the farmhouse modern aesthetic to traditional forms. Constructed with classic joinery techniques, the bench embraces the notion of “wabi-sabi" with irregular edges, mottled color and an array of knots, splits and marks that hint at the wood’s earlier use.
