Romanian Box Bench
About the Item
This settle or bench is late 19th Century. It is a sturdy piece of furniture. It has a fantastic colour. Would look great in a hallway but easily placed anywhere in the house, with the extra bonus of storage space under the seat.
It has been repainted at some stage of its life. Originally dark green and now with a lighter green / turquoise over the top. You can see the darker green in places and all has natural wear to it.
A fun and useful piece of furniture.
