About the Item

This is a pair of late 20th century bergere chairs with an oil drip faux tortoise finish on the frames. The backs are a carved coral motif, and the tapered legs have a carved shell at the top of each leg. They are unmarked. The upholstery is not new but is a neutral oatmeal linen blend.
