1950’s Cox Tubular Red Metal Dining Chairs – Good Quantities Available 1950’s Cox Tubular Red Metal Dining Chairs – Good Quantities Available. Cox was one of the largest producers of tubular stacking chairs initially developed by the Bauhaus movement. These chairs are from the mid 50’s with Cox branding. The frame is tubular metal and the seats are laminated birch wood. We service and wax each chair individually before they leave our own workshop and we deliver chairs of excellent quality. Seat Height 44cm. WORKSHOP REPORT Our workshop team inspect every product and carry out any needed repairs to ensure that everything leaves us serviced and maintained ready for many more years of life. All of our vintage products show the rich beauty and history of their life with the knocks and bumps of many years of use and we try to minimise restoration to keep every piece as original as possible.
