1960s Danish Erik Buch Fully Restored Armchairs in Teak, Custom Upholstery

About the Item

Erik Buch fully restored teak armchairs with excellent woodwork that are evidence of good mid-century Danish design and craftsmanship. The chairs feature a solid teak with Erik Buch's characteristic floating seat and rounded backrest that ensures a very comfortable experience not only for the eye. The armchairs have been fully restored, sanded by hand and refinished with wax to bring out the deep color of the teak by our cabinetmakers to ensure that they are in very good condition with only few and minor signs of age and use. The chairs will be reupholstered with PURE aniline leather from Sorensen Leather that is terrific to touch with a subtle surface texture and distinctive markings unique to each hide. It’s an extremely soft leather with a high-end look that will catch patina over time - feel free to ask in case you wish for another color or type of leather as we have many options to choose from. We have full knowlege of the chairs history since they were originally bought in the mid 1960's.
