About the Item
Two Thonet-style chairs. A classic of 19th century European design, they are characterised by their lightness, strength and organic shapes obtained through the innovative technique of moulded wood. The double arched backrest and round seat give them a timeless aesthetic, and they are also iconic pieces of café furniture. Both show signs of use and small flaws in the varnish and paint, consistent with their age, but their structure remains solid and intact, one painted white and the other natural.
Of great decorative and historical value, these chairs are ideal for vintage, contemporary interiors or restoration projects. They can be used as side chairs or integrated into dining areas, offering a classic touch and functionality.
