About the Item
Set of four chrome Brno chairs in chromed steel. A classic Bauhaus design, in nice original condition, in wonderful, original high quality, black faux leather.
An icon of Midcentury Modern design originally designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe in 1930 for the Tugendhat house in Brno Czechoslovakia. These are attributed to Thonet production.
The frame is a single piece of tubular stainless steel hand-buffed to a mirror finish. These chairs are extremely comfortable, stylish and perfect for commercial or residential spaces. They will immediately signal to all who see them that you are well versed in chic timeless design.
We have paired these chairs with everything from Midcentury marble Saarinen tulip tables, to Milo Baughman burl Parsons tables, to everything in between. They are as versatile as they are beautiful.
