About the Item

Beautiful elegant dining or side chairs designed by Erik Kirkegaard, manufactured by Hong Stolefabrik in Denmark around 1950. The chairs are made of high quality teak wood in a nice, natural brown colour. The brown leather upholstered seats match the pieces very well, creating a nice harmony to the design. The curved backrests, tapered legs and excellent finish all contribute to these chairs being fantastic examples of mid-century Scandinavian design! They can be used as side chairs, dining chairs or desk chairs and will definitely be eye-catchers in the decor. Sold individually! The available pieces remain in good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
