Very rare midcentury Swiss Design Classic.
Set of 6 Wooden chairs, Model HE-3220, 1961 Design By Hans Eichenberger for Dietiker, Stein Am Rhein.
Solid Wood Frame, Black Lacquered.
Seat made of hand-woven, Durable cords.
Width: 45cm /17.71"
Depth: 48cm / 18.9"
Height: 77cm / 30.32"
Seat Height: 44.5cm / 17.51"
There is not a maker's mark on the chairs. These are guaranteed authentic and acquired from a collector, along with the book pictured in image 4 here, depicting the exact model of this chair for sale.
Hand Eichenberger designed this beautifully shaped chair in 1961 for the 75th Birthday of the Association of Swiss Master Carpenters and Furniture Manufacturers (VSSM).
All 6 chairs are in nice used condition, the frames have some paint wear on the edges and the seats have some light patina. Overall very good condition for original mid century chairs. All the woven seats are in great condition, very sturdy and comfortable, ergonomic chairs.
All 6 chairs are undamaged and in good used condition, according to the pictures.
