About the Item

Sound propagates by means of waves that are generated every time a certain object shakes the air around it, which causes small changes in the air pressure. It is for this reason that, to describe sound waves, experts use concepts such as sound frequency. The collection is inspired by sound frequencies related to healing. Our society is surrounded by frequencies, which influence our well-being, mood and even our health. This concept inspires the collection to create objects that portray healing sound frequencies. In a creative effort the inspiration is born from the different frequencies that are believed to have healing properties. Sound therapy has been used for centuries to help people relax, reduce stress and promote overall wellness. These pieces take this concept and apply it to limited edition design, creating art-objects that take center stage in any space. We want to create pieces that not only look beautiful but also promote a sense of calm and well-being. The use of these patterns and textures seeks to help create a more peaceful environment that promotes relaxation and a greater sense of connection with the world around us. We seek to create unique and meaningful shapes that help explore the intersection between art and wellness. The collection is made of bronze, this material and texture has a tactile quality that generates sounds as you walk across its surface. 396HZ Chair/ The collection includes designs inspired by patterns that represent different sound frequencies and their healing properties. For example, the 396 Hz frequency helps to release feelings of guilt and fear, this design is used to shape the curves of the chair, so its composition incorporates shapes that represent liberation and freedom drawn from patterns made in sound vizualizers composed of sand. The chair, with a curved and ergonomic design, adapts to the natural contours of the body, promoting a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The legs and structure of the chair are made of cast bronze, a material that can take any desired shape, achieving a three-legged design, which within its complexity portrays the composition of this frequency.
