Incredible Wave Slipper Lounge Chair and Ottoman by Danny Ho Fong, circa 1970

A rare majestic large-scale slipper chair and ottoman by the great Danny Ho Fong for Tropi-cal, circa 1970. Heavy wrought iron frame finished in bamboo, with handsome cane accents. Exceptional design, material selection and craftsmanship. Aged to absolute perfection. A dramatic organic focal point specifically designed to anchor an important space. Extremely comfortable. Bamboo as Art! Excellent restored condition. Professionally cleaned and re-lacquered. The bamboo demonstrates a rich range of color; lacquer finish with stunning depth and sheen. All bamboo and cane detail is intact and complete. The ottoman measures: 33.5 inches wide, 29 inches deep, 11 inches high at the front and 13 inches high at the back. The measurements listed below are per the slipper chair. The price listed is for the chair and ottoman.
