About the Item

Unusual pair of carolean inspired hall chairs circa 1880. Made from earlier 18th century elements. Carved back rests with inlaid floral plaques. Slight differences in carvings please see pictures. Losses to carving, restorations and evidence of dead inactive/treated worm. Seat height 19"
