Set 12 Carved Georgian Chippendale Style Carved Mahogany Dining Chairs Karges
About the Item
This extraordinary set of 12 dining chairs came with a Karges dining table, a Karges buffet, a Karges sideboard and a Karges china cabinet. The chairs are reupholstered and during reupholstery the upholstery didn't remove and reattach the Karges labels so we can say Attributed to Karges knowing they are, but that we can't definitely prove it. They are hand-carved which Karges does, and they are similar to other upholstered back Karges chairs we have had before. The chairs are in good condition and will show minor signs of age and use and maybe some stains on the upholstery as they are used, but nothing significant. They date to the 1990-2000s era. Measures 44.25 tall x 26.75 x 27.5 deep and seat height is 21.25 tall.
