Introducing a rare, limited set of Danish-designed arm chairs constructed from solid mahogany and featuring new Italian leather upholstery. Simultaneously elegant and minimal these extraordinary chairs are a designer's dream. The mahogany frame, in 100% original condition, features exceptional variegated woodgrains unique to the species with deep burgundy and rosewood tones perfectly offset by the new caramel-colored Italian leather seats and backrests. Their heavy construction add an air of quality and craftsmanship in the physical form whilst their stance and warm tones dazzle in the visual form. Able to blend seamlessly against a plethora of design backdrops from Danish Modern to Contemporary to Boho Chic this unique and rare set is ideal for both work spaces and home settings. The solid mahogany wood frames are in 100% original, vintage condition and show surface scratches and nicks (which can be seen in the detail photos provided). The sculpted seats and backrests have been reupholstered in a genuine Italian leather hide in a rich, caramel color that perfectly offsets the deep burgundy woodgrains of the mahogany. All seats feature new medium density foam for maximum comfort and the perfect sink. This ultra-stylish set is incredibly comfortable, structurally sound and ready for a literal lifetime more of use thanks you their HEAVY solid mahogany construction and new upholstery. Introducing a rare and limited set of eight Model 71 dining chairs designed by the incomparable Niels Møller for J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik, crafted in the 1960s in Denmark. These stunning chairs are constructed from a mix of solid and veneered Burmese teak and feature a sculptural seat back that adds a touch of elegance and comfort to the design, while the tapered legs add a sense of lightness and airiness. The seats have been re-strapped and reupholstered in a rich, thick-cut genuine Italian leather hide in a fabulous hazelnut brown tone perfectly off-setting the natural wood tones of the solid teak frames. Niels Otto Moller was a Danish furniture designer, known for his modern and functional designs. He studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and went on to work for various furniture manufacturers, including J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik, where he designed the Model 71 Dining Chairs. J.L. Møllers Møbelfabrik was a Danish furniture manufacturer, founded in 1944 by Jorgen Langkilde Moller.
