Set of 4 Antique Liegoise Chairs with Embossed Leather Seats

About the Item

Set of 4 antique liegoise chairs with embossed leather seats are perfect for the breakfast room, game room, or for use as occasional chairs anywhere in the home or office! Sculpted from sturdy, solid oak, each features an arched seatback crown carved with shell, scrollwork and cross-hatching. Open seatback design features contoured splats, and leads the eye down to the embossed leather seats which feature a stylized crest with foliate design, secured by fancy brass tacks. The contoured seat is supported by a carved and scrolled apron, with four cabriole legs carved with acanthus plumes and escargot feet to complete the look. Circa early 1900s Each measures 40H x 18W x 17.5D; seat 18.5H.
