About the Item
The cantilever chair was designed by Mart Stam in 1926, inspired by this great design Marcel Breuer and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe created similar chairs. The cantilever chair became a design icon.
In the 1970s there was a revival of the tubular cantilever chair. These chrome cantilever chairs with grey leather seat and back can be dated in this period. They are made of high quality chrome and thick leather.
The chairs are in good vintage condition, with nice traces of use on the leather.
