Set of 6 Green Residence Chairs by Kann Design
Dimensions: D 43 x W 50 x H 77 cm.
Materials: Steel tube, HR foam, fabric upholstery Kvadrat canvas 996 (90% wool, 10% nylon).

All of the Residence seats were created by designer Jean Couvreur. They were all initially designed for the refitting of the workshops of the Ministry of Culture at the Cité Internationale
des Arts. Marked by its graphic lines and generously cushioned, the Residence chair is both stackable and highly comfortable.
Founded in 2010, Kann Design is a furniture-making brand that brings together the know-how of the Kanaan workshop and the talents of independent designers. Kann’s adventure is above all a family story: what distinguishes it from the rest is the skilled work of the craftsmen of Kanaan, a collective founded in 1958 in Beit Chabab, Lebanon, by the father of Houssam, the founder of Kann Design, himself a cabinetmaker.
Since its creation, the studio has shown and gained great skills in cabinetmaking, painting, tapestry, and welding, and since 2017, thanks to Houssam’s brother, Samer Kanaan, the workshops have been modernized and expanded to accommodate Kann’s ever-more ambitious projects, particularly customized orders for specific projects carried out in collaboration with architects.
