SM1 Chair
About the Item
The SM1 series is made up of solid Tauari wood surfaces at seat or support height and auxiliary parts. The SM1 Chair is made up of a surface, a backrest and an armrest. The parts are optional and are fixed by black Allen screws. Under the legs of the chair there are small rubber plates. The SM1 Chair is the first piece of furniture in the series, launched in 2023.

Notes and care
1.0 All pieces in the SM1 series are finished with Sayerlack Acquaris water-based sealer, which ensures that the wood preserves its original tone and is protected against humidity, fungi and termites.
1.1 All pieces use billets and sheets from the same batch, but variations in tone and darker grains are natural to the wood.
1.2 To clean the parts, it is recommended to use a cloth slightly dampened with water.

Luiz Solano
Luiz Solano (São Paulo, 1995) is an architect who graduated from Escola da Cidade, in São Paulo, in 2018. In 2019, he founded Clube, with Gabriel Biselli, where he was responsible for architecture and furniture projects. At Clube, their projects were selected in architecture competitions, published in independent magazines and presented at exhibitions in Brazil and abroad. They also organized a series of lectures, exhibitions and workshops with architects from Brazil and the world. In July 2022, Luiz Solano founded his own architecture office, based in São Paulo, Brazil. He's still responsible for the production of the objects he designed at Clube and has already released new series in the office.
