About the Item
Here is a Chaise longue called the Récamier model, this lounge chair is from the Empire period, from the very beginning of the 19th century. It has a gold leaf sphinx decoration and claw feet.
It is chic and elegant with very beautiful gilding. This is a piece of furniture described as French chic, this type of furniture has simply become impossible to find.
Everything is in good general condition, we note a small lack of canework (the canework was redone later). Note classic traces of wear and friction.
It has the advantage of not having been prepared or touched, it is natural.
We will not deliver by post for this type of item which is too bulky but we work with carriers, please contact us for a quote.
