About the Item

A vintage Brazilian cowhide and wood frame single size daybed. This Brazilian bed, which is sized between a twin and double, features simplistic wooden foot and headboards, four squared legs, which extend upward into posts with carved finials adorning each top. The bed is upholstered in a honey colored cowhide with a lovely aged patina, a great show of it's age and prior use. Though the bed is sturdy, it is slightly askew; however we feel this just makes it delightfully wonky and that much more interesting! This cow hide bed would function beautifully as daybed, perhaps against a wall, adorn with pillows. A wonderful piece to add that touch of bucolic charm into your living space, guest bedroom, or porch area.
