20th Century Italian Set of Eight Rosewood Dining Room Chairs by Vittorio Dassi
About the Item
A vintage set of eight Mid-Century modern Italian dining room chairs made of hand crafted polished Rosewood, designed by Vittorio Dassi in good condition. The arched seat backrest of the sculptural side chairs are spindled, standing on four tapered wooden legs. The seats are particularized by four black brass nailheads. Newly upholstered in a white Velvet. Minor fading, small wooden cracks due to age. Wear consistent with age and use. Circa 1940 - 1950, Milan, Italy.
