About the Item

Authentic pair of (2) French Tolix Powder-Coated Steel Stacking Chairs in Baby Blue. Tolix chairs were created in France in1934 by metalworker Xavier Pauchard and have never been more popular than they are today. You cannot turn on HGTV and not see Tolix style Chairs or Stools every night. Over the years, their industrial aesthetic has gained insurmountable popularity, transitioning from rustic settings to modern interiors. Available in numerous colors and finishes, Tolix chairs continue to blend tradition with modernity. Here at Old Plank, we currently stock over 700 Tolix Chairs and Stools, plus a handful of Tolix Dining Tables all being offered on 1stdibs for half or less than their normal price. These are the genuine Tolix Chairs that are handmade in France and are not cheap copies. These for the only two chairs we have in this color. Other colors and sets are available. **Please note that there are scuffs and scratches on the seats and some very small ones on the legs. There is a rusty area on one of the chairs, best seen in images 12 and 13. Pay close attention to all detail photos.
