Fine Set Of 10 Cushioned Dining Chairs Attr. To Christian Liaigre
About the Item
A set of notably comfortable Modern Dining Chairs with fully cushioned back and seats attributed to the iconic French designer and architect Christian Liaigre. Like so many of Mr. liaigre’s designs, what appears simple often turns out to have touches that elevate the design to another level of refined style. In the case of this set, the gently upflaring lines of the backs in combination with the elegantly framed seat and tapering deeply stained front legs and gently curved back legs create a chair with a minimal yet elegant presentation. Impeccably upholstered in a fine textured and ribbed fabric with a refined palette of Olive, Tan, Black and Gray and, as mentioned above, fully cushioned back and seats. Not surprisingly, the set is extraordinarily comfortable.
Dimensions:
Side Chair 38.5” high by 20.5” wide by 22.5” deep. Seat height 19.5”.
Arm Chair 38.5” high by 24.5” wide by 26” deep. Seat height 20.5”. Arm height 26.75”.
Condition: Please see detail photos. There are some age and use related nicks to the legs and a few old spots to the fabric mentioned for accuracy as the presentation is clean and exceptional.
