About the Item

Classic French Louis XVI style set of (8) dining chairs (more available) with a boxed seat cushion, which eliminates the crowned seat bottom. Our Louis XVI dining chairs are made by hand in France and shipped to us in raw wood, which allows us to finish the Louis XVI dining chairs in virtually any color. The fabric or leather options are also endless and we have priced this set of (8) Louis XVI dining chairs in our traditional smooth black leather. Optionally, you can send us your fabric and deduct $100 from each chair. These are probably the most comfortable Louis XVI chairs available on the market and it has taken us years of experimenting to accomplish that feat. These Louis XVI style dining chairs are in stock for immediate delivery.

The French Louis XVI style chair you see listed on 1stdibs, was authentically copied from an original c1800’ s French Louis XVI dining chair, that we purchased out of the Chateau de I’ Oise in France.
