Italian Papercord Dining Chairs, 1950s, Set of 4

About the Item

This is a beautiful set of 4 mid-century dining chairs from Gessef Consorzio Sedie Friuli, Italy. The papercord seats are strong and not broken. In the future, they can be easily and cheaply repaired if needed after years of use. The chairs have an elegant, slim design and are very lightweight—you can lift them with one finger. They are solid at the glue points, but not extremely strong. If you lean back or rock on them, you might feel a little movement. They are in great working condition and ready to use. In the future, they may need to be re-glued, and the papercord might need replacing. The chairs can be shipped to the US for aprox 550USD. Please reach out for any questions.
