Set of six dining chairs, Italian walnut and cognac leather, Italy, 1970s
Set of six sculptural chairs that feature wonderful backrests, consisting of four round pillar like chair legs that fan out to the side, which creates a sculptural appearance. The front legs are straight and made up of two round pieces. The color of the Italian walnut frame is deep and warm which accompanies the beautiful patina of the leather seating very well. This design reminds of the Sapporo chairs and the designs of Pierre Cardin.
