Set 6 Paul Frankl Style Mid Century Dining Chairs 2 Arm + 4 Side with New Fabric

About the Item

Circa 1950s set of six dining chairs in manner of Paul Frankl. Found in the US - unknown maker - these chairs are similar in style to the Corset chair designed by Paul Frankl for Johnson Furniture. This set includes four side chairs and two captain chairs. Side chairs have a distinct split back and captain’s chairs have a curved, tub style back with cut outs at the sides. Frames are stained a dark walnut color and the set has been reupholstered in a peacock blue chenille velvet. Sold and priced as a set of six. Unknown maker. Measures: Side chairs: 33” H x 19” W x 20.5” D Seat height: 19.5” seat depth: 15.5” seat width: 15”/19” Captain chairs: 30.25” H x 20.5” W x 21” D Seat height: 20” seat depth: 15.5” seat width: 16”.
