Set of 6 stylish solid oak dinner chairs with woven sisal sectioned seats and geometrical Art Deco carved backrests and legs. Designed by the French designer Victor Courtray in the 1940s.
Courtray was a French designer born in 1896 in the French Basque, and his work was influenced by the artistic culture of the early 20th century. Courtray created an elegant, modern look, which, despite its simplicity, is nonetheless rooted in his home's traditional, centuries old aesthetic.
